“Introduction to Sport”
Saturday May 16th @ 8:00 am at Project Rise Fitness Stapleton
This one hour class will cover an introduction to barbell movements, as well as other skills and movements that you would typically see in a Sport, Workout of the Day.
If you are new and looking to try your first Sport workout, or would like to work on form and technique, this is the class for you!
We will cover the following movements!
- The Squat -> Back Squat /Front Squat /Overhead Squat
- The Press -> Shoulder Press /Push Press /Push Jerk
- The Clean -> Starting Position /The Pull /The Catch
- Pull Ups -> Strict /Kipping and Pull Up Modifications -> Ring rows/Banded/Jumping
