Like many sports we enjoy in Colorado, training at Project Rise Fitness can be as intense as you want it to be. Our athletes range from 15 – 75 years young. All movements are scalable, meaning if you are unsure about a movement or if you have an injury, we will work with you in a safe manner that allows you to succeed and move at your own pace.

If it weren’t for you, I would never have thought of doing this hike or that anything at this level of intensity would be possible. My goal was to finish the hike in 14 days. However, because of my physical shape, I was able to finish it in 7! 20 miles a day across mountain ranges is something I would have never dreamed of doing.
