Like many sports we enjoy in Colorado, Project Rise Fitness can be as intense as you want it to be. Our athletes range from 15 – 75 years young. All movements are scalable, meaning if you are unsure about a movement or if you have an injury, we will work with you in a safe manner that allows you to succeed and move at your own pace.
Whatever your goal, we can create a supportive and challenging environment for you. We will work with you to meet and exceed your expectations. Our primary focus is your success and creating a community that supports your success along the way.
