We need to have some strong buns not just so we can fill out our jeans. Why else should we use our glutes?

Glutes are the basis for everything we do with our core and midline. At Project Rise we incorporate glute exercises daily. Some of which include Banded side steps, banded squats, lunges, split squats, Jane Fonda’s, GLUTEn free and so many others. Our goal is to help you fill out those jeans but also get that body doing things it never thought it could do.
