Our program is constantly changing, so you never get bored with the same old fitness routine. At our box, you’ll see people from all walks of life, and all stages of health and fitness. Don’t be intimidated by the giant guy in the corner snatching weight like it was nothing. When you are here it’s all about your goals and your physical well-being. Everyone is welcome at Project Rise, and every workout can be suited to your fitness level.

Each day we’ve got group and individual training sessions, but we also post a WOD on our website so that if you don’t have the chance to swing by the box, you can still get in a great training session at home. Every day is something different, all with one goal in mind: improving your strength, conditioning and all around well-being. From the elderly to the Olympic weight lifter, our program can be suited to anyone. The exercises may stay the same for everyone, but the intensity is up to you. Our goal is to work every part of your body, strengthening you from head to toe.
