The dad bod became all the rage back in March 2015 when a 19 year old psych major named Mackenzie Pearson made the term famous in her blog. Since then, the dad bod has become popular with men and women alike. Pearson describes the dad bod as saying  “I go to the gym occasionally, but I also drink heavily on the weekends and enjoy eating eight slices of pizza at a time.”

For some, this is a natural balance, but for those who tend to skip the “going to the gym” aspect of the dad bod, we’re here to help you get motivated.
