The Life Program is a cardio focused full body workout that targets fat loss and is geared toward any level of fitness.

The Life Workouts are created for adults who want to be strong, lean, and healthy. You will gain lean muscle and increase flexibility while burning fat. – expect to look, move, and feel better than you have in years. 

In a nutshell, the Life Workout is best for the individual who:

  • Wants to be healthy, lean, & strong for the long-haul
  • Enjoys longer, full body workouts
  • Is eager to jump-in & focus on movements that are building blocks for a fitness practice
  • Wants to lose weight & keep it off
  • Primary focus is not olympic lifting & gymnastics
  • Wants to be prepared for activities such as hiking, skiing, & playing with your kids

How does class work?

Each session is lead by one of our coaches and will last approximately 60 minutes.

After a group warm up your coach will cover both the Life and Sport workouts on the whiteboard making sure to address any questions/concerns and explain appropriate modifications before getting started.

The workout will contain a strength-building portion (movements and loads are scaled to your ability) and a metabolic conditioning/fat loss portion.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I am not in shape right now?

No problem! For the first few weeks, we will help you scale back the intensity of the workouts so you can build a solid base of strength and movement.

What about nutrition?

Included with your membership is a free 30-minute nutrition consultation in which we will share the best habits to follow, shopping lists, and recipes. If you need assistance outside of this consultation, we also offer individualized habit based nutrition coaching.
