Not every child is thrilled by the idea of organized sport. Not every child is naturally competitive. But every child needs to learn the benefits of exercise and an active lifestyle. So for the kids who aren’t running off to join a team or individual sport, how do you get them motivated to become active and healthy kids? You bring them with you to our gym and we’ll get them up and active in no time. And they won’t even realize that they are “exercising”!

For your pre-teens and teens, bring them to our gym and they can join in scaled down versions of our WOD.

The hardest part of getting your kid to be active is making it fun. Once your kid stops having fun, getting them back in the game, back on the field or back in the gym can be near impossible. Instead of trying to convince your kids that exercise is fun, bring them along next time you go to train. Don’t just tell them that it’s fun, show them!!

Kids don’t care about the benefits of exercise, they care about having fun

Kids don’t care about the science behind being physically active, they care that they are having fun, making friends and spending time with mom and dad. Bringing your kids to our gyms for family training time will let you lead by example. And our gym is no ordinary gym. It’s not just adult after adult uniformly running on treadmills and stationary bikes. Our high intensity training programs are different and fun. Your kid won’t look at it as exercising. They’ll look at it like playing.

For your older kids (11+) we’ll get them started on a watered down version of the adult programs, and for the younger kids (11 and younger) we’ll focus on games, team competitions and having fun!

Not only will regular exercise help your kid develop healthy habits, but it will help develop their brain, teaching them how to be team players as well as strategic individuals. In short, we can help you turn your kids into super HUMANS.

“A super HUMAN by our definition is a child that will not only be strong and capable physically, but will be an intelligent and benevolent humanitarian who will make the world a better place.”
