1. Occupation? Self-employed co-owner of Happy Bakeshop
2. Number of Kids? 2 awesome boys Alden 10 and Beck 7
3. Favorite Movements during workouts? Power Clean, Thrusters, Wall Balls and KB swings
4. Your biggest strength gain in the last few years? Deadlift. 1RM Oct 2012 165lb, Current 1RM 305lb.
5. A tip for anyone just getting started? Stick with it. You will be more sore than from any other workout you have done. Shake off the sore muscles and get up the next day and try it again because I guarantee it will be a different workout working a different muscle group.
6. What would you do if you won $10,000,000? What wouldn’t I do?! Because I am sick of this cold rainy weather, I would take some friends and family head to an island in the Caribbean to soak in some rays!
