If you feel like the honeymoon period is over now that you’ve been busting your butt for over 4 weeks in our summer fitness challenge, then it’s time to head back to the box and take full advantage of our awesome trainers who are standing by and ready to kick your butt back into gear. If you’ve been trying to go it alone for a few weeks and you’re feeling a little down and unimpressed with your own efforts, then it’s time to get back into the box and join in some group training sessions. We keep it fun, intense and fun. And you’ll get the benefit of all the other people who are trying to reach the same goals that you are. Surrounding yourself by like-minded people can re-spark your commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

When you train alone or outside of our box, little by little we all start to cut corners. Technique starts to fail. 30 seconds becomes 15 seconds. The fresh blueberries you’ve been adding to your all natural yogurt in the morning have become a blueberry muffin on your way to work, and you’ve stopped keeping a food and exercise journal. Little by little, you’ve begun to cheat yourself. It’s easy to do. Too easy. It’s time to get back on track, stop lying to yourself and use our WOD routines to push you to the finish line. It’s okay to take a few days off. It’s okay to have an ice-cream with your kids, but then it’s back to work.
