Establish a Heavy 3 rep front squat 16 min EMOM (Every 2 min)

0-3 warm up

3 min 5 reps 50%

5 min 5 reps 70%

7 min 3 reps 80%

9 min 1 rep 90%

11 min 3 rep 85%

13 min 1 rep 90-95%

15 min 3 rep 90%+
