I have played sports my whole life. From softball and basketball to volleyball and golf, I grew up active and athletic. However, I never really knew how to train. I loved games, and I could go for runs, but I was never taught how to set athletic goals and achieve them. I started playing competitive rugby in college and continued playing into my adult life, leading my local Denver team to nationals multiple times.

Is this a personal ad for Match or FitFriendsOnly.com?! Well, Hi, I’m Brittany and here is a little about me: I love Jesus, I eat a LOT of food, I have big quads, I love dogs, and I thoroughly enjoy working out whenever I can.
I am a Denver native who has started to accept the weather patterns of Colorado. Growing up I hated gym class and felt awkward and bored with every sport I tried… except one. Thankfully I found competitive swimming when I was 9 and have had a growing hunger for competition and improvement ever since. Through this life-long sport I have learned so much from various coaches, mentors, Olympians and teammates that you cannot recreate. After having a wonderful amateur swimming career I shifted to “Masters” swimming which has allowed me to explore other forms of fitness that have helped me stay competitive in the sport my heart rests in. I can safely say that I am both a competitive Masters Swimmer and a competitive local CrossFitter.

I’m coach Lexi and my world centers around fitness and nutrition! I found CrossFit in the winter of 2012 during my last semester in college and became a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer in 2015. Throughout college I was a runner, and growing up I competed on a travel Hip Hop dance team. (Yes, I can pop, lock and drop it!) I have always been the competitive type but nothing beats the competition I found with Crossfit: me against myself. How can I continue to improve? How can I beat my scores from last year’s open? How can I push harder today than I did yesterday? And this is what keeps me coming back each day!

I always grew up playing sports and have a very athletic background. I played football, baseball, basketball, ice hockey, and rugby. I was always looking for the best way to get the most out of my body, and fitness was always a major component of my goals and endeavors. My training was taken to an entirely new level when I started playing college football. I was nominated team captain and received All American honors.
