What is Project Rise Fitness?

Our model is a strength and conditioning program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics, and Olympic weight lifting. We use equipment from multiple disciplines, including barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, resistance bands and more.

Group training
It’s our primary goal to help you look, feel and perform better. To accomplish this we offer goal focused training programs instead of a one size fits all approach.
Personal training
We offer goal-oriented, affordable personal training for people of all ages that want to get leaner, stronger and healthier in a one on one setting.
We thought of everyone; singles, couples, students, drop ins and also included various discounts that apply on all of our programs in our Denver and Stapleton gyms.
