What is Project Rise Fitness?

We see Fitness and Wellness differently. You need to sweat, lift a little bit of weight, find healthy foods you actually like, realize you have time to fix your health and make friends who feel the same. This is our goal.

Group training
It’s our primary goal to help you look, feel and perform better. To accomplish this we offer goal focused training programs instead of a one size fits all approach.
Nutrition Coaching
We offer goal-oriented, affordable personal training for people of all ages that want to get leaner, stronger and healthier in a one on one setting.
Pricing
We thought of everyone; singles, couples, students, drop ins and also included various discounts that apply on all of our programs in our Denver and Stapleton gyms.
